Saturday, August 14, 2010: the 3rd Annual FAIR BQ will be held at the Tanana Valley Fair and is currently the last contest of the season.  Set up time is 8:00 am and fair passes will be available for contestants and judges.  The categories will include Chicken, Pork Ribs, Tri-Tip, Alaska Seafood, and Sauce. The turn in times are to be announced.

Saturday, June 5, 2010  Postponed until 28 Aug 2010: The 2nd Annual Last Rib Standing will be held in the Big I parking lot along the river.  Chicken and Pork Ribs only.  This will be a great starter event for new competitors.  Dan Gilson (Vice President) will be defending his title and David Pruhs (President) will be defending his Rib victory.  Set up time, turn in times and other details will be announced as soon as they become available.
